At least 3 weeks notice is needed to organise parties. All parties require a 20% deposit before they are started to be organised. This initial deposit is included in the overall price and no extra will be charged on top of the quote given. Once the party plan has been designed and you have approved it, full payment then must be made the week before the day of the party.
The deposit is non-refundable if the customer simply changes their mind. This will only apply depending on how much organising we have done at the time of cancellation.
